About Mark Wheeler
Little did Mark realize when he and his wife Enid began learning Square Dance in 1993 that it would lead to him becoming a caller.

After several years of prodding by then Country Capers Caller, Loren Marberry, Mark began learning the craft of Calling Square Dance.

2006 - Mark attended the Circle 8 Callers College taught by Darryl Clendenin, Jerry Junk and Doug Davis

The next 2 summers he practiced calling, mentored by Loren Marberry

2008 - He became a co-caller with Janet Shannon for the Country Capers Square dance Club

2009 - He attended the Circle 8 Intermediate Callers College taught by Darryl Clendenin and Doug Davis

2009 - He began teaching Square Dance

Mark is a member of Caller Lab and the NW Callers Association and is licensed by BMI/ASCP
